This role demands a deep understanding of business challenges to conceptualize and build innovative platforms and frameworks, delivering high‑value technology consulting to our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive technology strategy and governance (ARBs, CoEs).Provide architectural review and oversight for products and projects.Define and review technical architecture (microservices, cloud migrations).Enforce reusable architectural frameworks and development platforms.Support product teams in modernizing their architectural landscape.Act as primary technical point of contact for stakeholders across Canada and North America.Collaborate with multiple product verticals to facilitate cross‑functional success.Qualifications15+ years total professional experience, 5+ years in Principal Architect role.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Master’s in Computer Application (preferred).10+ years experience in Loyalty Domain.Expertise in modern architecture patterns (cloud, microservices, streaming).Hands‑on proficiency with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Python.Extensive DevOps, containerization, data architecture experience.Domain‑Driven Design, evolutionary architecture principles.Design and maintain observability platforms.Experience managing different customer environments.Leadership and mentorship of experienced architects.Influence C‑suite level discussions, report on OKRs/KPIs.Exceptional communication, problem‑solving, attention to detail. #J-18808-Ljbffr
