Role location Toronto, Canada (Remote option) You will report to the Associate Director - Technical Sales. Technology You'll Use Data Management, MDM and Cloud. Responsibilities Manage customer engagements independently Share best practices, content, and tips within primary responsibilities Stay current on certification of services required for area of responsibility Perform activities leading up to the delivery of a customer demo with little assistance including discovery, technical qualification/fit, customer presentations, standard demos, and related customer facing communication Lead on RFP responses and POCs Create customized demos with some assistance from SA IV+ or Field Engineers Partner with the CSM team on nurture activities including technical advisory, workshops, etc. Provide customer feedback on product gaps using Vivun Support demos at marketing events Conduct technical workshops with customers What We'd Like to See Basic certification on at least 1 cloud ecosystem and 1 data-related cloud technology Intermediate knowledge of security for cloud computing Advanced level skills for Informatica services and product capabilities in respective major or area of focus Engage and create relationships with influencers, coaches, decision makers, and partners Intermediate technical knowledge of hybrid deployment of software solutions, data warehousing, database, and/or business intelligence software concepts and products Experience with AI and AI Modeling Role Essentials Experience with MDM finance or MDM is preferred 8+ years of relevant experience in data integration, master data management, or data governance 10+ years of presales/technical sales, industry, or consulting experience Perks & Benefits Comprehensive health, vision, and wellness benefits (paid parental leave, adoption benefits, life insurance, disability insurance, and retirement plans) Flexible time-off policy and hybrid working practices Equity opportunities and an employee stock purchase program (ESPP) Comprehensive Mental Health and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) About Informatica Informatica, a Salesforce company, is a leader in enterprise AI-powered cloud data management.
