Job Description We’re seeking a Store Manager who is passionate about fostering an inclusive, supportive environment and driving success through innovative leadership. What You’ll Do Oversee all aspects of store operations to increase sales, control expenses, and reduce shrink and damages—including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving. Recruit, train, develop, and manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers, acting as a role model and providing individualized development for future Store Managers. Develop and implement creative plans to boost store sales, and recommend merchandise mix, inventory levels, and customer demographics to the District Manager. Focus staff on Loss Prevention priorities and ensure compliance with company programs, procedures, and policies. Maintain high standards in customer service and merchandise presentation to ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer. About You 3‑5 years of retail experience as a Store or District Manager in high‑volume environments with proven sales growth. Strong leadership, collaboration, problem‑solving, and motivational skills with the ability to manage a large team. Excellent organizational and communication skills; adept at mentoring and providing feedback. Comprehensive knowledge of store operations, including customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.
