Fokus helps businesses grow through content creation and ads. We make sure our clients get great results. As a Client Success Manager, your job is to keep clients happy, solve problems, and make sure they see value in our services.

What You'll Do (This is Full Time Role)

1. Help New Clients Get Started

Welcome new clients and explain how everything works.

Set clear expectations on what they'll get and when.

Check in regularly to make sure they're happy.

Keep track of client updates and conversations.

2. Keep Clients Happy & Coming Back

Make sure clients see results and prevent problems before they happen.

Work with our team (social media managers, editors, etc.) to deliver great service.

Set up regular check-ins to see if clients are satisfied.

3. Collect Reviews & Referrals

Ask happy clients to leave Google reviews and testimonials.

Track and organize all reviews.

Encourage referrals and help bring in new clients.

4. Solve Problems Before They Become Bigger Issues

Quickly fix any issues clients have.

Work with our team to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Make sure clients feel heard and taken care of.

5. Keep Track of Client Success

Maintain a simple system to track client progress and concerns.

Report on client happiness, retention, and any risks.

Share ideas on how we can improve their experience.
