The pay range for this role is $115,000 - $122,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Impact Business Analyst with strong expertise in Broadridge Impact and post-trade processing for Fixed Income products. The ideal candidate will act as a functional consultant, bridging business requirements and technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Impact – Broadridge projects.Collaborate with stakeholders to design functional solutions aligned with post-trade workflows.Support implementation, testing, and validation of Impact functionalities.Provide subject matter expertise on Fixed Income post-trade processing and settlement. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years as a Functional Consultant or Senior Lead on Impact – Broadridge projects.Strong knowledge of Fixed Income post-trade processing (trade capture, settlement, clearing).Experience in requirement gathering, functional design, and end-to-end testing.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
