Work Support Program (WSP)

Location: Montreal or Granby

Employment Type: Permanent, full time or part time

Summary

TELUS Health Workplace Support Program provides the industry's earliest interventions for mental health issues for employees whose needs go beyond the short-term support of the EAP or who benefit from a disability case management treatment plan. The programs offer assessment and professional counseling to support a return to full productivity. These clinical interventions focus on issues that require longer-term care, more specialized, or intensive care, all aimed at preventing or better managing performance problems, absences, and workplace disabilities.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing specialized counseling to adult clients with various mental health, addiction, or work-related issues.
  • Conducting client needs assessments and, in conjunction with them, setting goals and developing a strategy to achieve them according to the program's guidelines.
  • Ensuring administrative follow-up on cases, adhering to timelines, and using provided clinical forms.
Profile sought:
  • Master's/Doctorate degree in counseling, psychology, social work, sexology, psychoeducation, art therapy, or career guidance.
  • Psychotherapist license issued by the Ordre des psychologues du Québec is required, except for psychologists.
  • Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience.
  • Experience or training in mental health, substance abuse, or addiction.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) - an asset.
