Sr. Oracle Fusion OIC Developer

Apex Systems is a global IT services provider, and our staffing practice has an opening for a Sr. Oracle Fusion OIC Developer with strong hands-on experience developing OIC components, experience building integrations with Oracle Cloud products, and experience building reports to place at our client, an Enterprise Telecom client.

Client: Enterprise Telecom Client

Terms: 6-month contract (with a strong likelihood to extend or convert to permanent position)

Location: 100% Remote

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Project:

  • Phasing out Deltek and implementing Oracle Recruiting Cloud
  • Migrating from PeopleSoft to Oracle Cloud HR and keeping the rest of the modules in PeopleSoft for the time being.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop integrations between ORC/Oracle HCM and PeopleSoft
  • Lead, mentor, and teach FTEs how to work in Oracle Cloud

Qualifications:

  • Senior-level developer with experience leading and mentoring more junior developers.
  • Understand OIC components, features, and capabilities.
  • Create Adapters and configure connections (Adapters (REST & SOAP), Trigger, Invoke, Agents)
  • Create Integrations (App Driven and Scheduled Orchestrations)
  • Map data using OIC Lookups, the Data Mapper, and Data Transformations (Functions, Operators and XSLT statements)
  • Integration Actions (Stitch, Scope, Storage, Wait, etc.)
  • Leverage file handling options, features, and capabilities (FTP & File Adapters)
  • Configure orchestration actions and fault-handling logic.
  • Integrating with Oracle Fusion and 3rd-party SaaS/On-Premises Applications.
  • Familiarity with web service fundamentals to include REST APIs for Oracle FSCM and HCM, SOAP/WSDL, JSON, XML schemas, and XSLT.
  • Oracle BI reports for generating error logs.

  • Understanding Key OIC Administration Tasks, Integration Lifecycle Operations, and B2B.
  • VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Services)
  • OIC Certification.
  • PeopleSoft experience
