About the role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support the financial operations and reporting needs of the Go Lime Group of Companies. The Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial records, reporting deliverables, and compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can collaborate across teams to streamline processes, enhance reporting solutions, and maintain robust internal controls.

Main Job Tasks, Duties and Tasks Responsibilities:


• Support the closing of the month end financial records for the Go Lime Group of Companies ensuring timelines are met for all deliverables.


• Ensure the reporting deliverables required by lenders are completed within the defined timeline and adheres to the financial regulations and reporting compliance standards.


• Support the design, development, and testing of new reporting solutions or enhancements to existing reports.


• Assist in executing the monthly recurring billing process, encompassing billing run previews, quality checks, and transaction postings.


• Assist in preparing monthly accounting entries and reconciliations including bank (leasing business), intercompany, provisions, etc.


• Support and maintain internal controls recommended by lenders and external auditors.


• Aid in preparing Business Process Memo and Process Maps for ERP, and FP&A solutions.


• Recommend and assist in developing and managing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes for operational and financial data visualization tools.


• Collaborate with external auditors to support regular audits and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.


• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.


• Prepare and design operational analytics including implementation of new metrics and KPIs as required by senior management.


• Supports special projects such as acquisitions, dispositions, portfolio reviews etc.


• Aid in the data quality assessment of finance ops data for timely, efficient and accurate finance ops reporting.

Core Competencies:


• College or University degree with an accounting designation (CPA).


• 2 to 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting or Business Analysis.

• Experience in building dashboards and reports with KPIs for a wide range of stakeholders.

Technical Competencies:


• Microsoft office literate (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


• Familiarity with Lease Management System (LMS), consumer financing and securitization is an asset.


• Experience with Notion, Visio and data visualization tools such as DataRails and Zoho Analytics.


• Intermediate knowledge of SQL is an asset.
