Job Description:

Role Summary-

We are looking for a difference maker, someone who is ready to help us achieve new heights, and has a passion for creating, designing, and developing cutting edge user interfaces, someone who wants to work with a dynamic team that is talented and collaborative.

Join our UI Design and Development Practice in where you will be creating one of a kind User Interfaces and innovative digital experiences across several mediums. Our leading edge and innovative team will lead the design & development of Creative UI solutions across various lines of business and when appropriate partner with 3rd parties to ensure we continue to be the Industry leaders from a UI perspective.

Competencies-

  • University degree in Computer Science or equivalent education / experience
  • Human Computer Interaction Academic and / or Work experience
  • Creative, technical and analytical skills; able to assess alternatives, risks and benefits; attention to detail, Teamwork - ability to work collaboratively with others (technical and non-technical partners or team members)
  • Strong technical skills
  • Effectively apply operational procedures, guidelines and best practices
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - ability to express ideas, thoughts and information so that it can be understood by various audiences and meets the client' needs
  • Ability to work with clients to understand and act based on their needs, being client and results focused
  • Self-motivated and service-oriented, a self-starter
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Multi-tasker, has positive energy and attitude to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment

Technical Skills-

  • Understanding of the difference between UX and UI design and development with an emphasis on maximizing usability
  • At least 3-5 years experience with front-end technologies, utilizing HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery, Parsley, Mustache, LESS, SASS, Ajax, with some basic understanding of how back-end development works
  • Expertise in developing responsive web design and testing across multiple browsers and platforms
  • Experience with analyzing and understanding business requirements for implementation
  • Knowledge in web accessibility and WCAG Accessibility conformance levels
  • Content Management System experience (some knowledge and understanding of how to create the HTML and integrate with CMS)
  • Experience with software application integration
  • Knowledge of current and keeps up to date with current mobile design trends
  • Good overall technical skills, with experience in web application development using java technologies, Weblogic or equivalent application server, and Eclipse IDE
  • Experience with application software testing tools & techniques

Education and Experience

  • 5- 9 years of total experience
  • University degree in Computer Science or equivalent education / experience
