ReportingRelationship: This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.

Job Summary:  The Technician works within the Service department anddevelops skills in compressor installation, oil systems, exhaust systems, hoistinstallation and inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance on variousproduct lines. The successful candidate possesses the willingness and abilityto maintain current product and technical knowledge, the ability to learn howto estimate the time of service and repair needed, and to diagnose and completethe required work right the first time. Using industry-leading technology, theTechnician will diagnose repairs required on a wide range of industry equipmentand machinery. This position is best suited for an individual with attention todetail, organizational skills, a mechanical background, and interpersonalskills, who wants to develop a career as a technician and be part of a growingorganization.

Qualifications:

· Mechanical background

· Machine Technician experience is an asset butwilling to teach the right candidate

· Enjoys working hands-on to employ problem-solvingskills

· High attention to detail with proven timemanagement and organizational skills

· A commitment to continuous learning andprofessional development

· Relationship expert with a demonstratedcommitment to customer satisfaction

· Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment

· Critical thinking, strong analysis, andproblem-solving skills.

· Comfortable leveraging technology for mostday-to-day functions

· Valid driver’s license and own transportation toand from work is required
