En tant que bénévole leadership, vous ferez partie de nos comités organisateurs composés de bénévoles qui travailleront au fil des mois afin de nous aider à organiser nos événements de collecte de fonds. En fonction des besoins de votre communauté, les rôles disponibles peuvent inclure la direction d'un comité, la logistique, la sensibilisation de la communauté, la direction des bénévoles et les médias sociaux.
DescriptionLa Course à la vie CIBC de la Société canadienne du cancer est une marche ou une course de 5 km ou 1 km. Cette année, l’événement aura lieu le dimanche 6 octobre 2024.
En tant que bénévole Responsable du site et du parcours, vous serez responsable de ce qui suit:
- Créer un parcours de 1 km et de 5 km.
- Assurer la liaison avec la police, la sécurité et la gestion du trafic pour garantir un itinéraire sûr et s'assurer que tous les permis sont soumis et approuvés.
- Créer une ligne/zone de départ et d'arrivée percutante pour l'événement.
- Réserver le lieu et tous les fournisseurs logistiques en collaboration avec votre Directeur de course, Logistique et votre employé partenaire.
- Créer un plan du site pour le jour de l'événement.
- Effectuer le montage et le démontage la fin de semaine de l'événement.
- Superviser toutes les tâches liées à l'itinéraire et au site le jour de l'événement.
Il s'agit du plus grand événement d'une journée organisé par des bénévoles au Canada pour soutenir la cause du cancer du sein.
Qu'est-ce qu'on chercheLe candidat idéal pour ce poste de bénévole a:
- Une attitude positive
- Des compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
- Ainsi que beaucoup de motivation personnelle et d'une bonne gestion du temps
Vous devez avoir plus de 18 ans pour postuler et remplir le code de conduite de la Société canadienne du cancer.

Ton engagement- Il s’agit d’un engagement de 6 mois (de mai à octobre)
- Vous devrez participer aux réunions des comités locaux (généralement toutes les deux semaines ou tous les mois).
- Vous serez responsable d'exécuter indépendamment les tâches associées à votre rôle (environ 2 à 4 heures par mois)
- Vous devez être disponible pendant la fin de semaine de l'événement (5 et 6 octobre).
