ROSS is a team of People Specialists helping companies align their People Strategy with their business growth.We provide remote or onsite HR and Recruitment solutions such as Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), complimented by leading edge open-source HRIS software.

The Senior Project Manager, Basel III and Liquidity - CONTRACT will be responsible for managing the institutions efforts in adhering to capital and liquidity requirements for Basel III.

You Will:

ØDevelop and then manage the project plan.

ØOrganize, direct, and motivate the project team as required for a successful implementation.

ØLiaise with and manage vendor relationship(s).

ØProvide expertise with enterprise wide application implementations.

Requirements:

Ø10+years project management experience.

ØWide understanding of the Basel II and Liquidity.

Ø Solid application development/ delivery experience.

ØHigh-level conceptual thinking and a solid understanding of capital markets, private clients groups, technology and operations.

ØSolid documentation, presentation and facilitation skills, especially with senior management and end-users.

ØAbility to work independently to accomplish tasks assigned.

ØExperience following structured project management methodologies and frameworks (i.e. PMI), certifications preferred.

ØAbility to speak French is a strong asset.
