Our diagnostic/ various other equipment will provide you with the ability to take on anything and everything

Responsibilities:
  • Create thorough estimates for client vehicle repairs
  • Engage with customers to clearly communicate necessary and recommended repairs
  • Coordinate with insurance partners for direct repair services
  • Generate necessary reports
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in estimating and appraising
  • Strong customer service aptitude
  • Demonstrated leadership or management capabilities
  • Punctual and flexible
  • Professional telephone skills and customer service orientation.
  • Knowledge of Summit, CDK , insurance companies procedures and processes, DMS, and or Mitchell Estimating or Audatex is an asset.
