In this role, you will work closely with development teams to understand their needs, deliver innovative solutions, and drive highly secure, scalable, and resilient DevOps capabilities across the enterprise.**Responsibilities*** Design, build, and evolve the DevOps platform supporting Broadridge product and service delivery.* Collaborate with development teams to gather requirements, ideate, and translate solutions into secure and scalable implementations.* Develop automation frameworks and scripts to streamline CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure provisioning, and deployments.* Drive best practices in enterprise software delivery, including configuration management, release processes, and observability.* Support global-scale systems leveraging modern networking, distributed architectures, containers, and microservices.* Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration, security compliance, and continuous improvement.**Qualifications*** Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, building DevOps capabilities for enterprise applications.* 3- 5 years’ experience DevOps toolsets Terraform, Jenkins, Chef, Docker, JF* Hands-on expertise with **AWS cloud services** (Azure or GCP experience a plus).* Skilled in DevOps toolsets including **Terraform, Jenkins, Chef, Docker, JFrog** (Kubernetes proficiency highly beneficial).* Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git), configuration management, and monitoring practices.* Proficiency with scripting/programming languages such as **Python, GoLang, or Shell**.* Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.* Strong analytical mindset with the organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.**Preferred Qualifications**:* Cloud/DevOps certifications (e.g., AWS DevOps Engineer, CKA, Terraform Associate).* Familiarity with advanced networking, master/slave architectures, and modern design patterns.* Hands-on experience across multiple cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).**Background Check Process**Broadridge requires employees to complete a background check that is completed by one of our service providers.
