  1. Project Management:
    - Oversee and manage sewer and water treatment construction projects from initiation to completion.
    - Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
    - Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
    - Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
    - Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.

  2. Estimating:
    - Prepare detailed cost estimates for sewer and water treatment construction projects.
    - Analyze project plans and specifications to determine material and labor requirements.
    - Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing and quotes.
    - Develop and present competitive bids to clients.
    - Continuously update and refine estimating processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.

  3. Office Management:
    - Manage day-to-day office operations during the off-season (approximately six months).
    - Oversee administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
    - Implement and maintain office procedures and policies to ensure efficiency and compliance.
    - Support HR functions, such as onboarding new employees and managing payroll.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sewer and water treatment construction.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects.

  • Proficient in estimating and cost analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

Approximately six months of the year will be spent in the office during the off-season. The remaining six months will involve a combination of office work and site visits, with a primary focus on office responsibilities. This role does not involve trucking or earth-moving tasks.
