Our expectations:
You will be responsible for the creation of technical documentation and NC programs related to our safety and quality programs. If you are a professional able to work quite independently and have a thorough knowledge of the discipline and the role, we invite you to apply.
What your day-to-day will look like:- Manage projects for the production and development of parts.
- Support the implementation of advanced manufacturing lines.
- Plans, prepares, and develops computerized manufacturing instructions (MOS). This involves preparing and editing partial illustrations of engine parts in CATIA V5.
- Interprets complex engineering drawings and specifications.
- Determines manufacturing and inspection processes, and the list of tools required.
- Provides the assistance required to solve issues with ongoing processes.
- Works to establish standards with an emphasis on mistake proofing and providing clear instructions.
Must haves:
- Be eligible to work in Canada.
- Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship.
- Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable.
- Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Assets:
- Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure with competing and varying priorities.
- Project management skills.
