The Web Publishing Specialist plays a key role in publishing of content articles and course pages across multiple Keypath websites. They will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure the website content is accurate, up to date and aligned with our brand standards, editorial standards and SEO best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the publication of website content across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency and adherence to brand guidelines and web best practices.
  • Fact-checking, reviewing and editing website content for editorial quality and SEO best practices.
  • Support team in driving content strategy, including measuring and offering recommendations.
  • Perform regular content audits to identify outdated or redundant content and initiate necessary updates or removals.
  • Manage the content management system (CMS) to upload, edit and publish web content, including text, images, videos, and downloadable files.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to gather and review content for publishing.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is presented on the website.
  • Monitor website performance, user engagement and traffic analytics to make data-driven decisions for content improvement.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to website content and publishing processes.
  • Make recommendations for process and workflow improvements.
  • Support and train other team members in processes (as applicable).
  • Compile and manage database(s) of brand partner information, including pricing, start dates, categories, course types, study modes and other relevant data for Keypath websites.
  • Work with Keypath brand account managers to confirm that applicable product plan or package information has all required legal and disclaimers.
  • Compile raw data to assist Keypath’s Outreach team in conducting research on a variety of novel topics.
  • Other duties as the business requires, in agreement with reporting manager.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in editing/proofreading, copywriting, content production and management, or SEO content.
  • Prior experience with high traffic websites (preferable).

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices related to content.
  • Editorial and proofreading skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Proven experience in website content management, preferably within a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems (Desirable).
  • Familiarity with editorial style guides (Desirable).

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to identify and escalate inefficiencies.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
