Role Overview
As a Business Analyst at Novari Health, you will play a crucial role in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gain approval on these requirements and develop user or technical stories essential for design and solutioning. Your responsibilities will include the development and implementation of information systems plans, policies, and procedures, as well as providing insights on a variety of information systems issues.

- Engage with key partners, team members, and internal users in meetings to discuss timelines, technical challenges, and infrastructure integration.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Project Managers, and Product Owners to ensure our products meet client standards.
- Assist in collecting and documenting user requirements.
- Prioritize tasks and manage conflicting demands efficiently.
Education and Experience:
- Current enrollment in a college or university program in computer science or computer programming.
Organizational Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all applicable privacy and employment legislation.
- Comply with all Novari Health policies.
- Maintain a valid passport for potential travel.
- Contribute to an inclusive and supportive team environment.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with industry standards.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Working Conditions:
- Employee may sit for prolonged periods of time.
- Prolonged periods of time viewing computer monitor and keyboarding.
- Tight deadlines, with multiple and rapidly changing priorities.
- Interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Open office floor plan with ambient noise and a regular flow of people around the office.
- Employee may be required to travel (overnight) as required.
Hours of Work during placement:
- Workweeks are five days, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, starting at 0800, 0830 or 0900, as agreed upon between the employee and their manager.
- Full time minimum hours of work each week is 40, unless otherwise agreed to between the employee and their manager.
- Working additional hours, including weekends may be required.
- Hours of Work during school year: Student employee will work hours as agreed upon between the employee and their manager meeting or exceeding placement requirements.
