The sushi man is an ambassador of the quality of the sushi and of the Yuzu service; it is the first point of contact for customers.

As a Sushi man, your job will be to provide impeccable customer service and participate in the sushi making.

Prepare sushi and other dishes;

Respond to customer questions, on site or over the phone;

Advise customers in their choices and inform them of promotions;

Participate in the preparation and placement of ingredients;

Collaborate with your colleagues in the maintenance of the restaurant (hygiene and salubrity);

Perform any other task required for the smooth running of operations.

A great sushi master once said ''you are not born a sushiman, you become one''. Even if you've never made sushi, we will provide your training, which will be fully paid.

Relevant work experience in catering (asset);

Experience in dealing with customers;
