Ton défi

Tu seras responsable des opérations commerce de détail de nos trois boutiques employé(e)s de la région de Montréal (Centrale de distribution, l’usine de Montréal et le siège social au centre-ville de Montréal). Les boutiques sont ouvertes du lundi au jeudi selon un horaire préétablie, durant les heures opérationnelles, tu devras opérer la caisse, la gestion des inventaires (placer les produits sur les tablettes et remplir les commandes spéciales) en plus d’effectuer les tâches reliées aux inventaires des boutiques.

Tes tâches et responsabilités, de façon plus détaillée, consistent à :

  • Ouvrir et fermer chaque boutique, maintient opérationnel de la boutique
  • Service à la clientèle; service en magasin, par courriel et sur notre plateforme TEAMS, gestion des commandes spéciales
  • Gestion des inventaires; déballer et placer la marchandise en magasin, préparer les commandes spéciales, exécuter des tâches d’inventaires dans le système informatique

Ton profil

  • Avoir une technique ou certificat en administration
  • Avoir une expérience dans le commerce de détail (atout majeur);
  • Gérer avec autonomie les boutiques et posséder d’excellente capacité d’organisation du travail
  • Avoir une bonne maitrise de Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint et TEAMS);
  • Être disponible pour voyager entre nos trois différentes boutiques
  • Être disponible à temps plein de jours et être disponible pour ouvrir les boutiques une fois par mois à 6h30am

  • Avoir de bonnes aptitudes à la communication et service à la clientèle;
  • Avoir une bonne aptitude d’apprentissage et assimilation des systèmes informatiques

Your challenge

You will be responsible for the retail operations of our three employee boutiques in the Montreal region (Central Distribution, the Montreal plant and the head office in downtown Montreal). Boutiques are open Monday to Thursday according to a pre-established schedule. During operational hours, you'll operate the cash register, manage inventory (placing products on shelves and filling special orders) and carry out tasks related to boutique inventories.

Your duties and responsibilities, in more detail, include :

  • Open and close each store, maintain store operations
  • Customer service; service in-store, by e-mail and on our TEAMS platform, management of special orders
  • Inventory management; unpack and place merchandise in store, prepare special orders, perform inventory tasks in the computer system

Your profile

  • Technical diploma or certificate in administration
  • Experience in retail (a major asset);
  • Autonomous store management and excellent work organization skills
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and TEAMS);
  • Be available to travel between our three boutiques
  • Be available to work full-time days and be available to open the boutiques once a month at 6:30 a.m.
