CVT Capacitor Assembler

This position will involve all aspects in the assembly of CVT capacitor stacks.
Tasks/Requirements:- Must have the ability to follow factory work orders, as well as understand and interpret product drawings and schematics.
- Must demonstrate the ability to converse, read and write fluently in English in order to follow verbal instructions and written documentation related to the position and the workplace, as well as complete any required paperwork.
- Must demonstrate the ability to manage parts inventory.
- Must be capable to operate, and adjust computerized/automated equipment (e.g. capacitor roll machine's).
- Must follow clean room procedures.
- Must be safety and quality conscious as well as a team player.
- Must be able to work on a shift rotation as required.
- Gain valuable experience in a rapidly growing production environment.
- A safe and inclusive work environment for all.
- Be a part of a supportive and collaborative team.
- A starting rate of pay of $28.55 per hour and a dynamic benefits package.
