Your tasks at a glance

  • You support the Center Director in managing the clinic (operations, finance, and team) in an effort to provide high-quality services.
  • You cooperate with the medical directors and clinic employees to ensure patient satisfaction and productivity.
  • You complete different reports and administrative tasks and help implement new work methods.
  • You understand and assume different technical positions to support your team, as needed.
  • You carry out any other tasks requested by the Center Director.

  • Important:  You have excellent communication skills, you speak English et français également (advanced intermediate level of English required due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with our English-speaking patient).
