About Us:
With the launch of a new Jeep vehicle at our Brampton facility in 2026, we are seeking a dynamic Launch Specialist to ensure the efficient and successful adaptation of our plant to accommodate the new production lines.

Project Details:
The Launch Specialist role combines the expertise of an Industrial Engineer and a Project Manager to oversee the preparation of the production line for the launch of the new vehicle. This individual will lead a team responsible for ensuring that the line is ready for both pilot and mass production, coordinating with various teams and suppliers to achieve this goal.

Day-to-Day Tasks:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product design and manufacturing processes
Ensure optimal utilization of space and resources at each station on the production line
Define operations sequence and cycle time for each workstation
Assign tasks to team members and oversee their execution
Maintain or improve cycle time efficiency at each station
Work with suppliers and internal teams to ensure the readiness and safety of the production line

Must-Haves:
Skills/Technologies Mandatory:

Proficiency in Chassis product and process knowledge
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
Experience in automotive manufacturing industry
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles

Soft Skills:

Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing circumstances
Enthusiastic and results-oriented mindset
