Mission Underthe supervision of theFinance Manager, the Data Analyst will assist the Finance department ina major organizational project by extracting, organizing, validating, andpreparing data from multiple systems. This role is essential to ensurehigh-quality data readiness, consistency, and accuracy throughout the projectperiod. Yourrole: Extract,consolidate, and prepare data from multiple systems (ERP, CRM, TMS, etc.) tosupport conversion and validation activities. Clean,standardize, and structure datasets using advanced Excel techniques. Retrieveand manipulate information from PDF documents to capture key financial oroperational details. Ensure alldata meets required accuracy, formatting, and compliance standards. Participatein data validation cycles by cross-checking information across systems. SupportFinance in reconciliation tasks and help identify data inconsistencies oranomalies. Preparedatasets for SIT/UAT testing cycles, ensuring completeness and alignment withproject requirements. Learn andnavigate internal financial and operational systems to support extraction andtransformation needs. Collaboratewith Finance, Accounting, Operations, and PMO teams to understand requirementsand meet deadlines. Communicatefindings, risks, and gaps clearly to project leads and support audit orcompliance activities as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
