This role requires strong experience in Retail Banking, system requirements gathering, and stakeholder collaboration. You will be responsible for leading solution design, producing functional documentation, and contributing to project delivery across full implementation cycles.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess business needs, perform gap analyses, and document detailed business and system requirementsFacilitate meetings ranging from small workgroups to large stakeholder sessions for requirements gathering, design discussions, decision-making, and implementation planningLead design phases and determine the optimal mix of configurations, application development, and third-party integrations to meet business objectivesDevelop detailed functional specifications, user stories, test cases, and configuration documentationCollaborate closely with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure end-to-end solution alignmentCreate clear and effective visual documentation including process flows and diagramsProvide support as a backup to the Scrum Master as neededContribute to Regulatory or Mainframe project efforts where applicableTechnical ProfileStrong working knowledge of Retail Banking platforms and domain processesExperience with project collaboration and documentation tools: JIRA, Confluence, MuralProficient in creating process flows and diagrams using Visio and/or LucidchartUnderstanding of system integration and end-to-end data/process workflowsFunctional ProfileSkilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaborationAble to translate complex requirements into actionable system solutionsCapable of leading sessions independently and influencing decision-makingExperienced in full-cycle implementation projectsComfortable acting in a dual BSA/SM capacity in Agile environmentsSkills SummaryCore Expertise:Retail Banking, Business Systems Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Process ModelingBuild & Testing ToolsComponent Testing Plans (as part of documentation responsibility)Other Tools & TechnologiesJIRA, Confluence, Mural, Visio, LucidchartSoft SkillsFacilitation, Communication (Verbal & Written), Stakeholder Management, Presentation Skills, Problem-Solving, Adaptability, Collaboration, Agile MindsetThe pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $36.37/hour - $56.84/hour.
