What will you do?

  • Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers.
  • Professionally install HVAC equipment, accessory items, in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
  • Ensure the safe operation of all new installations and correctly instruct customers on proper care, maintenance.
  • Responsible for being willing to learn and grow as part of a progressive customer service oriented team.
  • Responsible for creating a positive relationship with customers; offering for sale other company products, services and demonstrating your ability tocommunicate, problemsolve, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Must adhere to all safety rules.
  • Must never sell the customer a repair they do not need.
  • Explain the benefits of newer highly efficient equipment to the customer.
  • Must maintain company vehicle to neat clean and safe standard.
  • Must successfully obtain HVAC leads and enroll CPP to company performance targets.

What do you bring?

  • Must meet company requirements with respect to general qualification and have completed a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Must have certificate of qualification (C or Q) as an Air Conditioning Mechanic (Ontario – 313D)
  • Must have Gas Technician ‘2’ (G2) license
  • Must have valid ODP Certificate
  • Must have at least a Class G Driver’s license
  • Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts as required
  • Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both In written and verbal communications
  • Must be able to demonstrate ability to understand /learn new technologies (i.e., Electronics/electricity)
  • Must be willing to wear Company provided uniform
