We are seeking a dynamic and motivated 360 Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for both sales and recruiting activities, ensuring a seamless match between client needs and candidate skills. As a 360 Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving our growth by developing new business opportunities and sourcing top talent.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Present and sell staffing services to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of our solutions.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Recruiting:
  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle: job approval, posting, CV preselection, telephone interviews, negotiation of compensation and all administrative aspects related to recruitment.
  • Support the manager in staffing by providing relevant market advice and adequate training.
  • Act as a recruiting expert to advise, assess current practices and results and recommend a review if necessary.
  • Identify, develop and maintain a network of candidates through a proactive selection system and maintaining ongoing relationships with candidates, partnerships, etc.
  • Develop unique and creative ways to recruit a variety of resources from diverse geographic regions of Canada and the United States
  • Stay on the lookout for new trends and innovative strategies in recruiting and selecting candidates

OUR REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven experience in a 360-recruitment role, with a strong track record in both sales and recruiting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • In-depth understanding of the staffing industry and market trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and CRM systems.
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
