Nestle Job Application – Senior Tech Expert

We are looking for a Tech Expert based out of our North York office who will oversee the bond between the IT and business consumers/customers within the area of Consumer (First Party) Data Capture & Governance, consisting of: 1) Gigya, a Customer Identity and Access Management provider (CIAM) and 2) Acquia Consumer Data Platform (CDP).
[ads1] Job Responsibilities:- Provide technical expertise and consultancy of CIAM and Acquia CDP in collaboration with external partners and the global product team.
- Shopify activity regarding user management, store settings changes or new store launch.
- Promote optimal use of Acquia CDP and CIAM applications in support of business requirements.
- Serve as the CIAM champion for the Canada market.
- Liaise closely with application vendors and/or IT support teams.
- Deliver relevant training and support to business teams.
- Identify the appropriate applications or modules within the Consumer Data Capture solution architecture to meet business requirements.
- Perform facilitation and training of the platforms in easy-to-understand methods while tying in the business functionality processes.
- Previous experience with SAP Customer Data Cloud/Gigya and/or Acquia CDP applications is preferred.
- Ability to consistently deliver results.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of relevant technical expertise in Consumer (First Party) Data Capture systems (CDP, CIAM).
- Ability to work remotely in a global, multicultural environment, and to operate in a matrix organization.
- Experience developing technical POCs to prove out business outcomes
- Demonstrated competency in project participation and execution of multiple large projects.
- Strong customer service track record.
- Technical skills to understand, challenge and improve technologies and solutions.
- Good level of communication skills, able to adapt communication style for different levels in the organization and for non-technical business stakeholders.
