Communications & Consumer Engagement Associate's Key Responsibilities:

  1. Directly engage all customers using strong relationship-building and active listening techniques to provide adequate product recommendations and guarantee customer satisfaction
  2. Use a combination of outreach strategies, customer feedback, and brainstorming sessions to gain productive insight and improve communication and marketing methods
  3. Work cross-functionally to craft and deliver direct, relationship-focused communication and outreach strategies
  4. Build and maintain reliable relationships across multiple levels within the organization and become a subject matter expert for effective communication techniques
  5. Utilizing personal experiences and industry research, create and deliver communication workshops to advise fellow team members on how to understand a customer's needs and effectively communicate the value our client can bring to address their challenges

  • Solid customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry due to the fast-paced nature of the role
