What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):


  • Designing, developing, customizing, and implementing the IBM TRIRIGA IWMS application
  • Collaborating with project stakeholders and teams
  • Ensuring successful deployment of the new cloud-based IWMS solution
  • Streamlining facilities management and workplace operations
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during development


What is Required (Qualifications):


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • X+ years of experience as a TRIRIGA Developer in large-scale IWMS implementation projects
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with IBM TRIRIGA application development and customization
  • Proficiency in TRIRIGA Application Platform, modules, workflows, and integration capabilities
  • Experience in designing and configuring TRIRIGA forms, views, workflows, and business processes
  • Familiarity with TRIRIGA security model and access control configurations
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):


  • Hands-on experience with TRIRIGA cloud-based deployments or cloud-native development
  • Familiarity with federal client facilities and workplace management processes
  • Knowledge of other IBM TRIRIGA modules
  • Proficiency in TRIRIGA integration with enterprise systems
  • Experience with TRIRIGA application performance optimization and tuning
  • Understanding of TRIRIGA Mobile and development of mobile solutions
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in IWMS application development
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Familiarity with version control systems and code deployment best practices
