You will manage, author and update BA/BSA artifacts in an Agile environment and may lead engineering teams as a Product Owner / Squad Leader on platform initiatives.Your mission is to promote creative thinking and help see projects through to completion, including new initiatives and enhancements.Key responsibilitiesPlay the role of Technical Product Owner, Squad Leader in an Agile Scrum/Kanban teamPrioritize backlog items based on company OKRs and build roadmaps for platform initiativesWork with engineering teams in Program Increments (PI) and deliver on committed OKRsConduct interviews with SMEs, management and end-users to elicit, define, analyze and document requirements for new products and enhancementsFacilitate brainstorming sessions with stakeholdersDocument requirements, business logic and workflows, ensuring comprehension and feasibilityProduce or assist with artifacts such as: product backlog/user stories and epics, discovery documents/solution intents, use case documents, data models and current/future state diagrams, presentations for walkthroughsApply business analysis methodologies and industry practices to solve problemsQualifications3–5 years of experience in product development lifecycle as a BSA/Product OwnerExperience in banking/financial/investment systems or solution developmentKnowledge of API documentation writing/interpretationKnowledge of data analysis using SQLCSPO, CSM or similar BA certification is an assetDegree in computer science or computer engineering is an assetExperience facilitating meetings, documenting and interviewing to elicit detailed requirementsUnderstanding of business, data, process and object-oriented analysis and modelingStrong interpersonal, communication and documentation skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines under pressureExperience working with agile team members across design, development, testing, deployment and supportHow to applyInterested candidates are encouraged to apply.
