Full Stack Architect, Security Architecture Work Location: Toronto, Ontario, CanadaHours: 37.5Line Of Business: Technology SolutionsPay Details: $115,600 - $163,200 CAD Job Description Customer Focus: Apply multi‑disciplined expertise across database, application, client tiers, and infrastructure to shape overall software design and guide component development. Elevate applications and data as differentiators, anchored in foundational infrastructure and platform principles. Advise on technology stacks, define key constraints, and rally teams around security, scalability, and impact assessments. Drive continual upgrades, reduce technology debt, and build resilient solutions across server‑side and user‑side features. Lead code reviews, prototype testing, and deployment, providing critical suggestions for integration improvements. Monitor progress, collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders, and ensure feature delivery within the portfolio. Design functional tests, support issue analysis, and engage in production issue resolution. Mentor junior colleagues and foster continuous learning of emerging technologies. Shareholder Accountability: Set Service Level Objectives, focus on reliability and scalability, and develop observability standards. Lead governance interactions, consult on risk issues, and support cross‑functional initiatives. Monitor project status, ensure compliance with architectural standards, and conduct ongoing reviews. Identify architectural gaps, recommend improvements, and map business to technology solutions. Manage changes via control systems and drive a culture of risk management aligned with appetite. Employee / Team Collaboration: Support a positive environment, share knowledge, and promote service to the business. Lead thought leadership, update status, and mentor to develop team capabilities. Maintain integrity in risk management, stay current with trends, and support diverse workforce initiatives. Breadth & Depth: Expert knowledge of enterprise domains, architecture frameworks, and tools. Exceptional collaboration, communication, and client‑facing skills. Autonomous project ownership with high impact, reporting to Architecture Practice Lead. Experience & Education Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate (graduate preferred). 10+ years relevant experience on diverse platforms. Experience with CI/CD, pair programming, or TDD is an asset. Demonstrated leadership of technical tool integration in complex environments.
