Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Lead with a strong background in Appian development and administration coupled with expertise in agency relationship and contract management domains. In this role you will be required to guide projects to successful completion while ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

What you will do
  • Lead the development and customization of Appian applications to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the deployment of Appian solutions ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Ensure the Appian environments are optimally configured and administered for commitment.
  • Collaborate with agency relationship managers to understand and implement complex contract management and renewal processes within Appian.
  • Implement standard processes in Appian development and administration to enhance project outcomes
What you bring to the role
  • Must have extensive experience in Appian Appian Customization Appian Admin & Sol Deployment and Appian Testing.
  • Proven track record in managing projects within the domains of Agency Relationship Agency/Broker Administration Commissions & Payout Contact Center and Contract Management & Renewal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead complex projects to successful completion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of working collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Working Arrangements

We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in our client's office in Toronto/London, ON.
