The Project Manager, Warranties will be an integral part of our construction team, supporting multiple builds, and ensuring our customers are satisfied. Manage 2-5-10 warranty issues for our Clients;
Organize and coordinate simultaneous ongoing projects and provide insightful reporting back to the business
Work with our project teams to gather information, get trade support and provide feedback as needed.

Five to seven (5-7) years of experience as a Project Manager or working in construction
Experience with residential construction: familiar with general contractors, stratas, developers, trades
Certificate, diploma or degree in Building Technology, Construction Management, Construction Technology, or a related field;
Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and adapt to conflicting needs
Strong relationship and network of sub-trades in the Lower Mainland;
Experience with contract management, warranties and insurance an asset.
