Opportunity: Electrical Resident Engineer
Location: Connacht region
Responsibilities:
- Survey, review, advise, and supervise Electrical (EICA) upgrade projects
- Demonstrate experience in design, construction, or commissioning of Electrical (EICA) projects at Water and Wastewater facilities
- Covering Galway, Mayo, Sligo, and Roscommon
Desired Experience:
- At least 7 years’ postgraduate experience
- 4 years’ industry experience in site supervision, contract administration, or project management of EICA works on water/wastewater engineering projects
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Knowledge of Electrical Works, design build operate projects, and project management
- Capable of writing clear and concise reports and keeping works records
- Strong knowledge and experience of Health and Safety procedures and regulations
- Satisfactory knowledge of construction contracts
- Experience in FIDIC and Public Works forms of contract (advantageous but not essential)
- Current and valid SafePass card and Confined Spaces training
