Project Manager, Client ServicesReporting to the Client Partner, the Project Manager, Client Services will deliver on client business objectives by expertly coordinating and driving a cross-functional team with efficiency and fun. The Project Manager, Client Services will be able to identify and understand the needs of their clients, and then pull together the right team of experts at the right time to deliver the highest value work on budget. Together, we are resourceful, confident, and committed to grow and thrive.Roles and Responsibilities:Work in partnership with Client Partner, Creative Team and Strategist to gain a deep understanding of assigned client(s), their business, challenges and opportunities to ensure messaging is on strategy. Leverage your understanding and relationship with the client and their priorities to respond to their needs and proactively develop solutions.Assist Client Partner in proactively seeking out new opportunities to enhance current client relationship and create added value.Contribute to project briefs and organize kickoff meetings.Organize content and assets effectively to enable efficient access and delivery for the production and strategy teams.Identify needs of scope and assemble appropriate supporting team. Drive the efforts of a cross-functional team collaboratively and positively to deliver high value work.Create preliminary timelines and budgets and manage both effectively throughout the project lifecycle.Accountable for overall project plan including project set-up, client approvals and feedback delivery as well as final delivery of invoices. Maintain job schedules in accordance with accounting requirements.Communicate with clients on a daily basis, clearly, succinctly and in a timely manner.Mitigate missed deliverables or scope changes by tenaciously tracking work-in-progress and effective collaboration with teammates. Inform the Client Partner or client of project delays or of potential overages.Deliver difficult conversations, internally and externally, in a respectful timely manner so that issues can be dealt with responsibly.Understand both agency and client process and effectively negotiate timing and manage client expectations through project progression.Bring operational learning back into the estimation process to ensure the accuracy of estimation consistently improves.Input accurate WIP reports monthly to inform finance of project health.Work with the Client Partner to deliver exceptional client experiences.Work with integrity on all projects and be accountable for delivering on expectationsDeliver on Livewire’s expectation of adding value, being accountable, courageous, collaborative, and doing all of this with integrity.Assisting in creating and building an agency culture that reinforces high levels of client service, operational excellence, commitment, and team spirit.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar position leading client experience and quality project delivery through the full lifecycle.3+ years at an agency in a client-centric, team lead role is an asset.Proven experience in successfully managing multiple projects at once, understanding the value of prioritization and quality delivery.Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and a keen understanding of what it takes to plan, navigate and deliver on client expectations and proficiency with MS Office Suite.Excellent communication skills, strong organization skills and meticulous attention to detail.Previous experience with WorkBook or other accounting software.Collaborative mindset.
