Triumph of Barrie, a newly established dealership specializing in Triumph motorcycles and CF Moto ATV/UTV vehicles, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Motorcycle Technician to join our team. Role Overview:

As a Motorcycle Technician, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the performance, safety, and reliability of our Triumph motorcycles and CF Moto ATV/UTV vehicles. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of powersports equipment while adhering to manufacturer guidelines and industry standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and servicing on Triumph motorcycles and CF Moto ATV/UTV vehicles.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues efficiently and accurately.
  • Install aftermarket parts and accessories according to customer specifications.
  • Conduct thorough pre-delivery inspections to uphold vehicle quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used.
  • Keep the workshop environment clean, organized, and safe.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Motorcycle Technician or similar role in the powersports industry.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues in motorcycles and ATV/UTV vehicles.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Valid motorcycle license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to upholding safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
