Position Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Director of Estimating and Cost Control the Senior Construction Estimator will be responsible for:

Creating and delivering accurate Construction Cost Estimates

Reviewing and analyzing Quantity Takeoffs as needed

Generating Elemental Construction Cost Estimates

Managing a detailed High Rise Costing database

Maintaining an Elemental Cost Database

Developing innovative cost management and tracking techniques to identify project budget risks

Required Skills and Experience:

810 years of experience in Residential Highrise Construction Estimating

Minimum 3 years in a Senior Estimator role

PQS designation or CIQS Affiliation Membership preferred

Diploma or Degree in Engineering Architecture or Construction Management

Experience in preparing Construction Cost Estimates for projects exceeding $150MM

Proficiency in Site Development Structural Building Envelope and M&E Systems for residential highrise construction

Knowledge of relevant construction laws and building codes

Established relationships with leading Quantity Surveyors/Cost Consultants in the industry
