Our client, a medical/surgical instrumentation leader with an expanding territory, is seeking an ambitious Associate Territory Manager to represent their expansive product offering of surgical implants and instrumentation. This Associate Territory Manager will be able to promote, support and sell company products within Alberta and Sask. This will be accomplished by developing new accounts and expanding the usage of company products within current accounts to meet quotas based on company goals.

Working closely with physicians and hospital staff, you will provide exceptional service and ensure your customers' total satisfaction with their line of exclusive quality products. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet with current and potential customers to fulfill revenue and unit growth objectives assigned by the company.

• Develop and implement sales strategies by determining the relevant factors (e.g., product, competition, and pricing needs) of existing and potential accounts to effectively promote the company's products to appropriate hospital personnel and physicians.

• Respond to customer needs and concerns regarding products and services by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel (e.g., Clinical Marketing Specialist, Marketing, Sales Director) to develop optimal solutions.

• Develop relationships with key clinical personnel to identify key purchasing decision-makers to facilitate future sales.

• Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products by giving presentations and demonstrations using a wide variety of formats and platforms to secure purchasing commitments

• High energy, motivation, drive, persistence, initiative, commitment, and professionalism.

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments.

• Ability to work autonomously.

• A strong comfort level in a clinical setting (operating rooms, hospitals)

• Competitive and focused on achieving goals.

• Ability to build relationships with internal team members, customers and clinical Key Opinion Leaders.

• Excellent communication skills.

EDUCATION

• University Degree (BSc/BA in business or health-related discipline preferred).
