Job Description: Our client, a leading law firm in Vaughan, is seeking a Construction Lawyer to join their Contracts and Procurement team. As a key player in the firm's Construction and Infrastructure Group, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and provide strategic advice to clients in the construction industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic advice on construction and infrastructure projects
  • Draft and review contracts and legal documents
  • Represent clients in negotiations and dispute resolution matters
  • Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines within the firm


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in construction law, with a preference for candidates with construction-related drafting experience
  • License to practice law in Ontario
  • Proven client management skills
  • Strong analytical, communication, and drafting skills
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
