WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of client servicing and proactively contribute to growing business via our proprietary data & technology stack. You will build strong agency and client relationships to deliver a first-class service, presenting, educating, and understanding client needs. You will work closely with the Managing Partner and your Planning teams to build data-led proposals that meet client objectives and benefit their business.

  • Agency and Out-of-Home experience
  • Programmatic and digital out-of-home experience
  • Experience working in high-pressure environments
  • Experience in managing multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in leading and managing teams
  • 7-10 years experience, with 5 years managing a team.
  • Bi-lingual in French and English is great, but not required
  • Experience working with production teams
