Bolton, Canada Centre for Addiction and Mental Health - CAMH Full time

The YWHO Provincial Office is the provincial backbone support responsible for ensuring the integrity of the YWHO model across 32 funded YWHO Hub Networks in order to support the delivery of consistent, evidence-based and integrated Mental Health and Addictions (MHA) services for youth aged 12-25 across Ontario. The YWHO PO works in collaboration with youth, families, the Ministry of Health, Mental Health and Addictions Centre of Excellence at Ontario Health, YWHO network leads and partners, including Child and Youth Mental Health and Addictions (CYMHA) agencies, broader community MHA sector, social services sector and primary care providers to fill gaps in Ontario’s MHA care continuum pertaining to child and youth addictions services, child and youth concurrent disorders services, and services for transition-aged youth (TAY).

Reporting to the Manager of Implementation and working closely with the Clinical Practice Lead at YWHO, the Integration and Implementation Lead will provide oversight, coordination and support of YWHO’s Implementation portfolio and team of Implementation Specialists for the implementation of the YWHO model of Integrated Youth Services (IYS) within local YWHO Hub Networks. The Integration and Implementation Lead will lead the development of consistent, high quality processes and standards across the implementation portfolio; engage with complex internal and external partners and lead discussions with provincial working groups and CYMHA agency and system leadership to ensure the quality and integrity of the implementation of the YWHO model and evidence-based initiatives to support the 32 YWHO Hub Networks across Ontario. The Integration and Implementation Lead will provide onboarding, coaching and supervision to a team of Implementation Specialists within the YWHO PO.

The Integration and Implementation Lead will employ their expert knowledge of the theory and practice of implementation to lead a variety of activities, including:

Other duties will apply. You will have an understanding of the social determinants of health and the principles of health equity and how they apply in the context of evidence and knowledge exchange. There are two (2) positions, one located within the GTA and one located outside of the GTA. Travel to Hub Networks across the province as required.

Vaccines (COVID-19 and others) are a requirement of the job unless you have an exemption on a medical ground pursuant to the Ontario Human Rights Code.

Please Note: These two (2) full-time, permanent positions are NOT part of any bargaining unit.
