The role is an integral part of our Service Desk team providing remote technical support and guidance to awesome customers. Excellent customer service skills are a key requirement alone with diagnosis of end-user issues.

The Day-to-Day…

You will be exposed to a wide range of problems and what you don’t know, we will help you to learn.

Excellent organizational skills are a must, along with a talent for deduction and logical thinking to identify solutions.

Respond to phone calls and new incoming requests

Your experience, willingness to learn, adapt and grow shines through in your communication both internally with our team and externally with our clients.

You are constantly striving to improve and have a passion for technology and assisting others.

What you bring…

A minimum of a college diploma in IT or equivalent work experience

1 year of experience providing superior end user application and desktop support

Experience using a triaging or priority system to gauge client issues and impact

Demonstrated experience with Microsoft desktop O/S, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange

Standout communication skills

Recognition of the importance to document the solutions you find and share that information with others

Exceptional time management and organizational skills

A positive “can do” attitude with an ability to creatively arrive at a solution

An ability to put on your superhero cape and multi-task like a master

Would be awesome if you had…

A passion for technology and an ability to match issues and solutions

Demonstrated experience with Office 365, Sharepoint, Skype for Business/ Microsoft Teams

Linux experience – show us how amazing you really are

An awareness of all our key IT services

Experience with email archiving, anti-spam, anti-virus products

An understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services

Bilingualism (French and English)
