We are looking for seniors React developers on Contract opportunities for 6 + months contract located in Toronto Ontario. Role Overview:As a Senior React Developer, you will play a pivotal role in our Client's centralized team, focusing on front-end development using React. You will work closely with scrum team, backend Java developers, and UX team to ensure seamless integration and adherence to AODA standards for accessibility.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the team to design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable front-end solutions using React.Implement state management using Redux to ensure efficient data flow and application stability.Work closely with the backend Java development team to integrate front-end and back-end functionalities seamlessly.Collaborate with the UX team to implement front-end designs while adhering to AODA standards for accessibility.Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance to ensure code quality and best practices.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.Extensive experience (8+ years) in front-end development using React in a professional setting.Proficiency in Redux for state management and understanding of its core principles.Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.Experience collaborating with backend developers and integrating front-end with RESTful APIs.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Familiarity with AODA standards and experience implementing accessible front-end solutions is a plus.Proven track record of delivering high-quality, performant code in a fast-paced environment.
