This presents an exceptional opportunity for an experienced and motivated professional within the Vancouver market.The Site Superintendent assumes a pivotal role in the daily operations of their projects. Responsibilities encompass the efficient management of on-site resource allocation, equipment, and subcontractors. The role demands an individual who is process-driven and proficient in software use (Excel, Bluebeam, Procore) for forecasting and monitoring project timelines. The primary objective is to safely deliver the specified work within the allocated timeframe, budget, and desired standards of quality and workmanship.
