We're seeking a Senior 3D Artist to shape the IP Blight: Survival and redefine player engagement experiences. The game takes place in the no man’s land between two desperate kingdoms locked in a ceaseless war. Within this realm of death and decay, a new strain of Blight has erupted from the remains of the fallen. Fed and strengthened by the blood that’s been spilled, it rapidly spreads – turning man into monster.  

As a Senior 3D Artist, you'll be at the forefront of this exciting project, leveraging your expertise to enhance game art and captivate players with immersive experiences. Collaborating closely with our talented team, you'll be responsible for crafting the art elements of the game.

In this role you will:
  • Create the various elements required by the production of the game including textures and materials. 
  • Ensure optimal game performance by understanding and respecting the technical guidelines and optimizing of artistic elements, while achieving the desired visual quality. 
  • Communicates with other departments to understand their needs and requirements. 
  • Effectively plan, estimate, and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery. 
What we’re looking for:
  • Demonstrated expertise in 3D Art techniques, with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end understanding of 3D models, textures, UV unfolding and lighting. 
  • You have 5 + years of experience as a 3D Artist in the video gaming industry. 
  • Proficiency in one or more animation software packages such as Maya, Motion builder, or Blender. 
  • Extensive knowledge of Photoshop, Substance Painter, and Substance Designer. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for knowledge sharing. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. 
  • Flexibility and adaptability to evolving project requirements. 
  • You are comfortable communicating and drafting documents in English (most contracts are in English). 
Nice to have: 
  • Understanding of PBR techniques (physically based rendering). 
  • Unreal experience 
  • Knowledge of French would be an advantage.
