Architectural Services Manager

STONHARD, has been the leading manufacturer and installer of high-performance, state of the art, seamless floors, and lining systems for commercial and industrial markets for a century. We are anticipating continuous growth and currently have a rewarding position as an Architectural Services Manager in the Vancouver Area.

What do we look for in an Architectural and design Salesperson?

CommitmentA self-starter with a professional sales image and mind-set. A person who is motivated to grow and win with a positive attitude and high energy. Someone who has a strong sales understanding, and the ability to find new customers and projects along with building and maintaining strong relationships within the A&D community. Our successful candidate will be trained and given the support of the best sales and technical service professionals in the industry.

Specific Requirements:

  • Present and promote Stonhard products and services to architectural & design firms.
  • Communicate closely with Stonhard Territory Managers regarding product recommendations, bidding, estimating, and quoting of projects.
  • College diploma or university degree (Architecture, Interior design, or similar discipline, preferred)

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Knowledge & background of selling to Architects/Designers
  • Familiarity with the construction specification and tendering process
  • Minimum 3+ years success having products specified by Architectural & Design firms
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop rapport with the A&D Community
  • Must be able to read and understand Architectural drawings
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Office 365 and Teams presentation software
  • Must have own means of transportation with valid license
  • Willingness to travel within the province
