Our fast paced client is experiencing tremendous growth and looking to hire a Senior Financial Analyst to support their team.The SFA will be responsible for development of financial models and tools to support financial planning and analysis. The SFA will provide value‐added business support to the senior leadership team through business performance metrics/drivers, operational efficiency/effectiveness measurement, cross functional collaboration and serving as a liaison between Finance and other departments.   As well, the SFA will manage all aspects of product pricing in accordance with company policies and procedures and will partner with other departments to design and execute pricing processes and margin management strategies, balancing improved profitability and maintaining competitive market alignment.   TMGMSJob Requirements:Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance5+ yrs experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysisCPA designation is preferredExcellent knowledge of Excel and MS Office applications (Word, Access, PowerPoint)Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP)Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with high credibility at all levels of the organizationMust demonstrate flexibility, strong commitment and proven ability to meeting deadlines, and solid decision‐making skills Self‐motivator with ability to work independentlyApply
