The Company is seeking a Chief Information and Technology Officer (CITO) to lead its global technology strategy, information systems, data, infrastructure, security, and business intelligence. The CITO will work closely with business units and the senior leadership team to ensure that IT and technology strategies align with the company's goals. This role is pivotal in driving the technology innovation strategy, overseeing global IT infrastructure, and managing cybersecurity risks. The successful candidate will be responsible for business transformation, staying abreast of IT trends, and implementing a technology watch initiative to foster a technology-driven organization. Collaboration with procurement and close partnership with divisional technology and R&D leaders are essential to ensure a robust technology roadmap that meets business objectives and provides a competitive advantage.


The ideal candidate for the CITO position at the company will have a Master's degree in a relevant field, over 10 years of senior leadership experience, and a proven track record in managing IT and technology innovation in a global, fast-paced environment. Fluency in French and English is a must, as is a strong executive presence and the ability to engage with all levels of the organization. The role requires a strategic thinker, highly results-driven, with the financial acumen to make sound decisions. The CITO will be an inspiring leader, capable of motivating teams and driving change and innovation in a dynamic, often ambiguous, environment. Key responsibilities also include guiding and managing teams, contributing to annual capital budgets, and identifying opportunities for process and tool optimization.
