¿What does it mean to be a Trainee?

By committing to visible additional efforts, having availability throughout the learning stages to work in different workcenters within the country you are hired, and by showcasing a strong capacity for work, initiative, and a quick grasp of learning opportunities within the company, Trainees will acquire essential tools over a period of approximately 3 years. These tools will enable them to compete more effectively for leadership positions.

Position

The Global Internal Audit Department is responsible for providing assurance and advisory services in an independent and objective manner to all organizations within Grupo Bimbo. The objective is to assure, advise, and protect the company’s value, helping to improve its operations by identifying improvement opportunities and recommendations regarding the effectiveness of their governance, risk management, and internal control. Internal auditors carry out projects in the 34 countries Grupo Bimbo operates, conducting their work across all stages of the value chain, through a risk assessment approach to relevant processes related to the company’s management systems. These processes range from raw material supply, through production process in the 197 plants owned by the company, including food safety systems, assets maintenance, storage, distribution, commercial execution, production costs, finance, regulatory compliance, information systems, to corporate and strategic functions of the company.

Requirements

• Availability to work full time starting July 2024
• Availability to reside in the town of the vacancy in which you are applying; your base will be this location
• Availability to work from different workcenters in different cities, which will be assigned throughout your learning experience; willingness to change residence within the country
• Availability for international travel
• Graduated no more than 3 years back
• Open to all careers and universities
• English level: Advanced
• Previous experience not necessary.
